Once you log into your account, follow the steps listed below to redeem points and apply rewards to your Subscription.
Click the Manage Subscriptions tab. Underneath your Subscription product/order details on the left-hand side, you will see available points and reward options.
You can then click Get Reward to redeem your points (reward will automatically apply to your next order when redeemed) for available rewards.
Rewards can also be managed by clicking the Reward Points tab (top right).
Your Reward Points expire 24 months (2 years) after your last recent order. So as long as you have placed an order within a 24 month span, your points will never expire.
Reward Points provide a way for us to show appreciation to our amazing Subscribe & Save customers. You’ll earn points for completed activities, like referrals and purchases. You can use your points to earn free products, so the more you collect the more you benefit!
Anyone with an active Subscribe & Save account is automatically enrolled and earns points.
There is no limit to how many points you can earn as a Subscribe & Save Member. However, you can only redeem one reward per order.
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. They will be approved after 30 days.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
As a Subscribe & Save Member, you will be given the option to redeem your Reward Points in your Subscription account (Click Manage Subscriptions after logging in).
You may also redeem your Reward Points by clicking the Reward Points tab to redeem your points and view all available rewards already redeemed.
After adding items to your cart, available reward options will also be visible if logged into your account (right-hand side). You can apply a reward that you have already redeemed or redeem points for a new reward. Please note, you can only apply one reward per order/Subscription.
Your pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Your Reward Point balance will go down when you redeem your points for rewards. Another reason could be that you or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Please wait a few minutes and then refresh your page.
First, sign in to your Subscribe & Save account.
If you are already logged in, click the account icon (top right-hand corner) and all details pertaining to referrals will be available under Reward Points > Refer friends section.
As a Subscribe & Save member, your orders go straight to the front of the line. In other words, we reward you for your loyalty by shipping your orders before anyone else and we reserve inventory just for your recurring order. It’s a small way of saying thanks for being a member.

You can make any necessary changes to your Subscription orders by logging into your account, then click the Manage Subscriptions tab to access your Subscription details. From there, you can change/skip shipping dates, ship products immediately, add/remove products, cancel your subscription, apply coupon codes, change billing/shipping addresses, and update your payment method.
Important: If you need to update your Payment Method due to a declined transaction or another issue with your credit card, your order may not always process immediately after updating your Payment Method. This depends on the type of charge issue. Be sure to check your shipping dates once the card has been updated.

While there is not an official "Pause" or "Hold" option, you can "Skip" orders, and change your shipping dates as you see fit, for each product. You can push your next order date as far back as you would like, even 60 days or more, for example.
Once you log into your account, click the Manage Subscriptions tab. You'll then want to click Your Active Subscriptions (big orange button) to view your products and change your ship date(s). After clicking Update, your changes will be saved.
If you wish to skip a shipment for any product, simply click on the Skip button underneath each product to make the change (left side).
You can also click on the arrow next to each product itself, and it gives you the option to change your Subscription Frequency and Next Shipment Date.
