The two models you see (the LX and the VF) are identical in function and performance. Both process water in the identical way. They only difference is in the way in which water is sent to your unit.

The AlkaBlue LX is our most popular model. I believe it is the best value for your investment and the most versatile. It connects to your faucet using a small diverter valve that screws on to your faucet in place of the aerator you now have. This allows normal use of your faucet when you are not making Ionized Alkaline Water.

The AlkaBlue VF connects directly to your (cold) water line. Then the water supply is brought up through your sink or counter top where it attaches to your unit. A knob on the unit allows you to start and regulate the water flow. We do recommend professional installation for the VF model.
